You’ll construct towering cities by picking five decks of cards each turn and strategically playing them to stack buildings sky-high. But it’s not just about stacking; you’ve got to juggle resources like food, water, bricks, wood, stone, and metal to make sure your city thrives and has space to expand. As the Great Architect, it’s your gig to rebuild the Empire, region by region, building by building.
